WCED 8-Module Heat Pump Protection Unit – 40A Type B RCD, 16A C-Curve MCBs

The WCED WME08/HP40C is a metal heat pump protection unit combining integrated surge protection, a 40A Type B heat-pump RCD and 16A C-curve MCBs in one enclosure. Its Type B RCD is designed to detect smooth DC earth-leakage currents and high-frequency residual currents associated with modern inverter-driven heat pumps.

This integrated solution provides dedicated electrical protection for heat pump installations, with custom configurations available to suit specific requirements.
