At Nison Energy, we aim to make your electric vehicle (EV) charger installation experience smooth from start to finish—including safe and timely delivery of any equipment or documentation. We partner with Royal Mail to ensure reliable, nationwide delivery across the UK.

Delivery Options

We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all parcels. You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS as soon as your item has been dispatched.

When Will My Item Be Dispatched?

  • Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We do not dispatch on bank holidays and weekends.

Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, using Royal Mail’s extensive 

network. For remote or offshore locations, delivery may take an additional day.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address or use Royal Mail’s Safeplace or Local Collect services for flexibility.

Damaged or Missing ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or goes missing, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue quickly.
