We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all parcels. You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS as soon as your item has been dispatched.

When Will My Item Be Dispatched?
- Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
- We do not dispatch on bank holidays and weekends.
Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, using Royal Mail’s extensive
network. For remote or offshore locations, delivery may take an additional day.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address or use Royal Mail’s Safeplace or Local Collect services for flexibility.
