• Our specialists will examine your survey form and reach out if they require additional information.
• If any non-standard work is necessary, we will provide you with a quote or give you the option to complete it yourself. 
• Your charger will be installed by friendly and skilled installers dedicated to providing quality service to our customers.
• Unless OZEV grant-funded application, after you complete your home survey, we’ll aim to review and get back to you within a couple of days to arrange your installation date.
